By booking or participating in our services, including ghost investigations, tours, events, or any associated digital products, you agree to comply with these terms.

Services Offered

Hauntology Labs provides paranormal investigation services, educational events, and ghost-hunting experiences, either at public locations, private properties, or via digital media. By engaging with our services, you agree to follow the rules outlined in this Agreement.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment Terms: Full payment is required upon booking unless otherwise specified. All payments are non-refundable unless the Company cancels the event.
Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, safety concerns). In such cases, we will issue a full refund or offer a rescheduled date.
Customer Cancellations: If you cancel your booking more than 72 hours prior to the event, you may be eligible for a reschedule based on availability. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 72 hours of the event.

User Behavior and Conduct

Participants agree to adhere to the following rules:

Lawful Conduct: You must not engage in any illegal or harmful behavior during investigations or events. This includes trespassing, vandalism, and any activity that violates local laws or ordinances.
Respect for Others: Bullying, hate speech, harassment, or disruptive behavior towards other participants or staff will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any individuals from events without refund.
No Promotions or Spam: Participants must not use our services or platforms for self-promotion, spam, or unauthorized advertising.

Liability and Risk

Assumption of Risk: By participating in our services, you acknowledge that ghost hunting and paranormal investigations involve inherent risks. Hauntology Labs is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damage to personal property incurred during an event. Participants assume all responsibility for their own safety.
Accuracy of Information: While we strive to provide accurate historical and paranormal information during events, Hauntology Labs cannot guarantee the authenticity or truthfulness of any paranormal phenomena. Information shared during events is for educational and entertainment purposes.
Website Downtime: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website or online services. Hauntology Labs will not be liable for any technical issues or downtime.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

Company-Owned Materials: All content, including logos, videos, photos, written content, and other materials provided by Hauntology Labs, are the property of the Company and are protected by copyright laws.
Use of Materials: You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials from Hauntology Labs for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
Videography: Participants may be featured in video recordings during investigations and events. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in videos or promotional materials created by Hauntology Labs.

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user accounts, bookings, or participation in events if there is a violation of this Agreement or if behavior is deemed disruptive or dangerous. No refunds will be issued for users removed from events due to inappropriate behavior.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hauntology Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, property damage, personal injury, or emotional distress arising from participation in our services.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hauntology Labs operates. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved under these laws.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Hauntology Labs reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via our website or email. Your continued participation in our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.

Return and Refund Policy

At Hauntology Labs, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for products and services.

Terms of Return

You may return physical products purchased from Hauntology Labs (such as merchandise or gear) within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Services, such as event bookings or digital products, are non-refundable unless the service was canceled by Hauntology Labs.

Reasons for Return

You may return products for the following reasons:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, we will exchange it for the correct product at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the product is not in its original condition or has obvious signs of use).
Non-Refundable Items: Event bookings, digital products, and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
