The LaLaurie Mansion: Thermal Anomalies Confirmed

Our New Orleans team captured sustained thermal spikes at the LaLaurie Mansion during a private 3-hour investigation, with temperature differentials of 14°F recorded in two separate locations.
On the night of July 12th, our New Orleans field team conducted a thermal imaging investigation at the LaLaurie Mansion on Royal Street. Using FLIR thermal cameras and an array of EMF meters, we recorded sustained temperature anomalies in two locations: the second-floor window area and the rear courtyard.
The most significant reading occurred at 11:47 PM, when a thermal camera captured a 14°F cold spot that moved across the second-floor window over a period of 90 seconds. This was accompanied by simultaneous EMF readings of 8.2 mG — well above the baseline of 0.3 mG.
Two investigators independently reported hearing what sounded like children's voices from the courtyard, though audio review yielded no clear EVP captures. This investigation is ongoing and we plan to return with additional equipment in October.
